He's swimming!!! Now it's getting him to stop...
Both Jared and Brad learned to swim when they were 3 years old, so I had a goal to teach Jack this summber (he turned 3 on July 21st). He is the most stubborn of all my kids, so it wasn't going very well. But, before the summer was over, Jack learned to swim. He kept going back and forth last night. We couldn't get him to stop! He makes this loud noise every time before he goes under the water, sounds like he's taking a deep breath, but I think it's now just turned into his "thing." So cute!

First Day of School!
Both Jared and Bradley were very excited for their first day of school. They got up early and were completely dressed (shoes & socks too) with their beds made and rooms cleaned before Scott and I were even out of bed! They couldn't wait to get going. I wish this enthusiasm would last all year.
Don't they look so handsome in their uniforms?

Here's our 3rd grader!

I've been really worried about Jared starting Kindergarten and have had a couple of sleepless nights the weekend prior. He doesn't know any of the kids in his class. But when I saw him in his school uniform with his backpack on, he had this warm feeling telling me he was going to be okay.

He's so cute!

Their first day was great!
Jared had a lot of fun and was excited to go back the next day. He had great behavior.
Brad was happy to see all his friends again, but disappointed that his desk is in the back of the classroom, again. That's what he gets for being a well behaved kid.
